7. Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed when Seyoul sends a confirmation email to the customer. Prices may change without prior notice. Customers must provide accurate information when registering and placing orders to avoid shipping errors. We have the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are pricing or product description errors. If there is fraud in the payment process, we have the right to suspend the order and related accounts.
8. Return and refund policy
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and refund policy: 7 days from the date the product is received, for unopened products in original condition (packaging, label and seal intact). The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, unless there is an error from Seyoul's side.
9. Order cancellation
Seyoul reserves the right to cancel orders if there are errors related to the system, pricing or product descriptions. If payment has been made, Seyoul will refund the customer within 7 working days. If fraud occurs during the order process, we have the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
