Seyoul accepts returns within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. The goods must be in their original condition, unused, complete with seals and original packaging. 

 

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the specified conditions. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, unless there is an error from Seyoul’s side.

9. Order Cancellation

Seyoul reserves the right to cancel orders if there are errors related to the system, pricing, or product descriptions.

 

If payment has been made, Seyoul will refund the customer within 7 working days. If fraud occurs during the order process, we have the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
